Checkout Follow-Up
If you enter your email address at checkout and agree to receive updates, but do not complete your purchase, we may send you a limited number of emails reminding you about your checkout, including a link to resume it. Your email and consent choice are collected by our payment processor (Stripe) at checkout and shared with us for this purpose. You can decline by unchecking the updates box at checkout, or unsubscribe from any email we send.

When you use AI-powered features such as document parsing, the content of your uploaded documents is transmitted to third-party AI providers for processing. This may include sensitive financial information such as property addresses, purchase prices, loan amounts, tenant names, and income figures.

If you use Havyn to manage rental properties, you may submit personal information about your tenants including names, email addresses, phone numbers, and payment information. As a property owner or manager, you are the data controller for your tenants' personal information. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal basis to submit and process tenant data within the platform and for notifying tenants appropriately.
Havyn processes tenant data solely as a data processor on your behalf for the purpose of operating the platform features you use.

Right to Know: You have the right to request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collect about you, the sources from which we collect it, and the purposes for which we use it.
Right to Delete: You have the right to request deletion of personal information we have collected about you, subject to certain exceptions.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
Havyn implements reasonable security practices but cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

For material changes, Havyn will make reasonable efforts to notify users by email to their registered address or by prominent notice within the platform. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
