User account information, portfolio data, and uploaded documents are retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will initiate deletion of your personal data within 30 days of your request, subject to the exceptions below.
Billing records and transaction history are retained for a minimum of 7 years to comply with financial record-keeping requirements, even after account deletion.
Documents you upload to the platform are stored for the duration of your account. Upon account deletion, uploaded files will be deleted from active storage within 30 days. Copies in encrypted backups may persist for up to 90 days before being purged during standard backup rotation.
User data may persist in encrypted system backups for up to 90 days after deletion from active systems. Backup data is not accessible or usable during this period and is purged during standard backup rotation.
Documents transmitted to third-party AI providers for processing are subject to those providers' retention policies. Havyn does not control how long third-party AI providers retain transmitted content.
